i know, i know. the last two songs both start with the word false. that was never intentional and then it ended up being that they work together, and that, conceptually, the last 3 songs simply have to be what they are. who am i talking to? why am i justifying this? it just is. there will be no explanations or justifications for any of the songs. they are what they are. they mean what they mean, each person is different, so the preceding statements will be qualified slightly by that. this should be obvious.
so five years have elapsed between unferocious and children, it's the same castle, at least in terms of recording (i know, with all my faffing, it doesn't seem like such a big gap... believe me, to my circle of friends who i used to give new albums to every 6 months, this is a huuuge chasm of lost time).
children, it's the same castle is the first album collection of my 2009 recordings, and therefore the first of the 'adventures in entropy house' musical strand. this realisation is only a week old, and it's a bit late, so this information is not on the cover. i'm just about to drop Luna takes Asylum and i've only just realised this, when it was so obvious. anyway, the albums have a sort of progression, in a way i can't possibly describe, but will become more obvious to the attuned.
